Paleo & Gluten Free Pumpkin Bread with Maple Glaze
I searched for this bread recipe because I was not able to source the Simple Mills Pumpkin Bread Mix. This recipe is close to this mix in texture and flavor.
I don’t do the glaze and I doubled the recipe and used a full can of pumpkin so I did not need to store or waste any. Other than these modifications I did the exact same ingredients and measurements.
