Simple and Easy Gluten-Free Bread Recipe

Easy Gluten-Free Bread Recipe (for an Oven or Bread Machine) 

We had success with this gluten-free bread recipe. I initially started this in the bread machine but I was concerned about how hard it was working. I transferred it to a bowl and finished mixing it by hand. This is a very wet and sticky dough.

I only changed one ingredient I used guar gum in place of xanthan gum and doubled the guar gum compared to what the xanthan gum called for. I also used the alternatives for potato starch and millet flour.

Our entire family loved this bread. It was light and airy and came out of the pan easily.
