Internal Bliss GAPS Cookbook – Original – GAPS Diet
I originally found this recipe in the Internal Bliss Cookbook. Because of my stomach issues, I needed to simplify it. I eliminated one of the seeds having only three ingredients at a time. I no longer need to be this strict on my diet but I still like it better with just two ingredients plus the honey. It still reminds me a bit of caramelized popcorn. It is crunchy and mildly sweet and satisfies my cold cereal cravings. I also like to just eat it as a snack with no almond milk.
I never followed a Gaps Diet but their site is a good source of information if wanting to do an elimination diet. GAPS Diet
